MAGKS at the Lindau Nobel Meeting
From August 22nt through 26th, the 6th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting on Economic Sciences took place at Lake Constance. Among the 360 young economists attending were also three from MAGKS universities: Elina Khachatryan and Benjamin Schwanebeck (Uni Kassel) and Benjamin Schäfer (Uni Siegen).

The three young economists agree that the Lindau meeting was extraordinary. For Benjamin Schwanebeck it was a “once in a life time experience”. “Truly inspiring” commented Benjamin Schäfer, while Elina Khachatryan sums it up as the “Best week of my life!”. All three of them brought new contacts, ideas, thoughts, and inspirations back home to Kassel and Siegen, from Nobel laureates and fellow young scientists alike.
